WARRANTY POLICY

  • Our policy covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Replacement product of similar value and design.
  • PROOF OF PURCHASE required.

1 YEAR WARRANTY: Phone case and electronic accessories.

Warranty claims may only be submitted once (1) per 180 days.

If your item is covered by our warranty, we'll replace the product at no charge. Just pay shipping and applicable taxes.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS, Fedex from our warehouse in Florida, and offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $25, free 2-day U.S. shipping on orders over $60, and free international express shipping on orders over $75 USD.

Orders processed with expedited shipping (2-Day or Overnight) placed before 2 PM EST M-F will ship the same business day. Please note for expedited delivery orders: Fedex does not deliver on Sunday for most orders and PO boxes are not excepted with Fedex.

Return Policy

On most orders, Domestic and International, you may return item(s) purchased on ottocases.com for any reason within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment for a refund. Note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
